Description

Contractor support to develop a calculator tool through which SOI can release multiple datasets comprising both counts and medians broken down by attributes (e.g., Department of Education-spublic-facing website.

Interested parties should respond to this announcement by providing the requested information/answering the following questions, in addition to providing a capabilities statement as they relate to the requirement set forth in this announcement. Responses are requested to be no more than 15 pages.

Results of this RFI may impact the selection of the acquisition approach, and as such, interested parties are encouraged to ask questions and are requested to fully respond to the following requests for information and questions posed:

1. Company Name, Dun & Bradstreet # (DUNS#), SAM UEI, Point of Contact, address, Phone number and email address.

2. Business Size Status to include small business socio-economic status and applicable NAICS codes.

3. Identify current contract vehicles and contracts held by your company (vehicle, agency, expiration date inclusive of GWACs, FSS including SIN#, IDIQs, and BPAs).

4. Are you capable of being a Prime or Subcontractor for this effort? Is your firm capable of teaming with other federal contractors to meet the requirement?

5. Past Experience - Does your company have experience performing contracts that support, manage, or otherwise engage with human resources functions at agencies and Office of Personnel Management (OPM)? Can you provide an independent assessment of your organization-s support experience? If so, please provide the contract #, period of performance, dollar value, name of the customer and project, description of project. (identify federal and commercial entities).
