DOLE 12 Online SPES System Enhancement

Specifications/Requirements:
1. Able to continue the enhancement and improvement;
of the existing Online SPES System.

2. Provision of the existing Source Code for the sustainability
of the system.

3. Provision of a dedicated Hosting Server or Virtual
Private Hosting Server with a 32 GB RAM, 20 TB Bandwith
2 TB storage, Standard SSL(Secure Socket Layer) and
Linux(Centos 6) Operating System.

4. Renewal of the web hosting a. dole12-onlinespes.org.ph
(main) b. dole12-onlinespes.com c. dole12-onlinespes.net
d. dole12-onlinespes.info.

5. Technical and administrative database support services
twice a month or as the need arises in the Regional Office
such as :
a. Performance of web server reboot, upgrade, update, or
fixes
b. Online SPES system upgrades, updates, or fixes
c. Assignment/installation of server handware with:
At least Intel xeon 2.4GHz or equivalent * At least 16GB
High Speed RAM*DVD+/RW ROM* Internal RAID
Controller* With Management Console & Open Manage Kit
Integrated*Ethernet Controller, dual sports*Dual, Hot-plug
Redundant Power Supply * (1+1), 1100W Power Supply
Sliding Rails * Years Support; and its accessories such
*one (1) 21.5"x24" data cabinet * one (1) 1500va at
the Regional Office.

Note: Costing include TAx for 8 months period
