PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Department of Tourism Central office implements and conducts an annual year-end
planning and strategic planning workshop of the agency-s plans and programs wherein
operating units, as well as regional offices, are expected to assess, present, and reprogram their
projects and activities aligned to the agency-s core objectives and mandate to ensure maximum
accomplishment of the targets set at the end of each calendar year.
As part of the initiative of the regional office and its mandate on marketing and
promotions, the regional office employees will be trained on the concepts of mobile
photography as part of marketing and promoting tourism destinations in relation to managing
our social media sites and platforms.
