The intent of this draft RFP is to engage Industry to further allow potential bidders to provide comments and feedback in regard to the attached draft Request of Proposal, but in particular in the areas of Bid Evaluation, Technical, Basis of Payment, Project Management, Support and Resulting Contract. Information and feedback received may be incorporated into the final Request for Proposal, should DND decide to proceed with the requirement. All terms, conditions and documentation are therefore subject to change between the draft and possible final RFP, and Canada will not be held or bound by the CUAS Phase 2 draft documentation. It should be noted that by replying with comments to this draft RFP will not negate the competitive nature of this procurement.
