The purpose of this RFP is to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Supplier to provide a combination of two solutions that consist of: a) conducting a nationwide drive test for measurement of Quality of Service (QoS) & Quality of Experience (QoE) for all Mobile Network Operators (“MNOs”) across the Kingdom of Bahrain. The required drive test measurements must cover all wireless access networks owned by the MNOs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. b) Providing a crowdsourcing solution that collects data from end terminals (handsets) covering all wireless access network owned by the MNOs in the kingdom of Bahrain and reflect the QoS & QoE
