1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR HALAD PANGALAGAD 2024 (ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-03-070) approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos Only (PhP 2, 499, 975.00) for DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR HALAD PANGALAGAD 3RD AND 4TH QUARTER CY 2024 UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 40-2024-05-0876 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
