Description

Solicitation N0042124Q0294 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intendsto Sole Source to Perfect Point under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQis a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

Perfect Point developed the E-Drill 2.0 system. A patent, copyright or proprietary data limitscompetition. No other vendor possesses the skill set needed to complete the tasks to ourspecifications.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
