Tenders are invited for Early Site Works (ESW) for the North Field South (NFS) Onshore Project - on-Plot Permanent and Temporary Facilities.

Pre-QuaIification (PQ) TENDER ISSUE DATE: 10th October 2021.
PQ TENDER CLOSING DATE: 21st October 2021.

Qatargas Operating Company Limited (COMPANY) on behalf of Qatar Petroleum, invites application from eligible, competent and resourceful contractor for pre-qualification to undertake the Early Site Works (ESW) for the North Field South (NFS) Onshore Project at RUC, which includes earth preparation works and construction of temporary facilities, utilities, etc. as per the Scope of Work defined under items No. 3 below.

Contractors interested in pre-qualifying as a potential Bidder for the above EPCC work should submit their interest via email at nfs-esw@qatargas.com.qa on or before 7th October 2021 along with a valid copy of their Commercial Registration, Prequalification Questionnaire (PQ) will be issued only to contractors who confirm interest and sign the secrecy declaration. Bidder shall nominate a focal point with official email address, contact mobile number, office number for the communications related to the transfer and receipt of Prequalification Questionnaire. Note: Prequalification questionnaire will not be issued to any Contractor who submits their interest after the deadline of 7th October 2021.

Scope of Work; Contractor shal provide the enjp neering, procurement, construction, SHES, quality and document control manpower and equipment/materials to perform and complete the NFS Onshore Project ESW on plots within the Ras laffan Industrial City (RLIC) on a Lump Sum (IS) and remeasurable (unit rate) compensation basis that will be provided in the Invitation To Tender (ПТ), which will be issued to the qualified Bidders in November 2021.
The plot for the permanent facilities (lot W8) has a total of 3.470, 000 m'. and the lot lor the temporary facilities (adjacent lot) has a total of 3, 005, 000 m\ The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
• Earthworks and grading of Lot W8.
• Installation of Permanent Perimeter fencing
• Installation of Construction Gates and Site Approach Roads
• Gractaigof Lot VWforthe Temporary Construction Facito«s(ICF)& Company's Field OperationsCenler (FOC) Areas
• Installation of Temporary Fencing around TCF Area
• installation of Temporary Gates and Site Approach Roads
• Development of FOC Complex
• Installation of 1" PMT Budding with furniture (Occupancy min. 100 capacity)
• Provision of Utilities to the FOC Complex
Sanitary water network, Temporary electrical power (from RLIC substation), Potable Water )PW) Supply/ Storage (from RUC PW network), Telecoms Network (Fiber Optic cable routing/oe-ln to nearest QG facility) and Fire Alarm tie-in to nearest RLIC Fire Station
