The Hamburg Port Authority AoeR (HPA) intends to develop a powerful ECM (Enterprise Content Management) platform for the implementation of existing and future projects with a focus on file and document management, audit-proof archiving of electronic documents and documentationto provide duck-oriented processing of ongoing processes.
Various specialist systems should be able to access ECM platform services via standardized interfaces. This is particularly true for ECM integration into the existing SAP S/4HANA environment as the most important specialist applicationending at the HPA. If there is no specialist system available for the implementation of a project, it must be possible to implement the specialist requirements for managing tasks, documents and files completely, quickly and efficiently in the ECM environment.
When the new ones are introducedThe existing real estate file, invoice archive, document archive, contract archive and technical archive are expected to be ported to the ECM platform. There may also be a new personnel file to be introduced. These and other ECM projects are not part of this call for actionexercise, the platform is initially intended to create a basis for the efficient implementation of the projects mentioned.
