TEAM2 project is a multi-country TB grant, spanning the 5 Greater Mekong Sub-Region (GMS) countries (Thailand, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos People-s Democratic Republic) with the overall aim of reducing the burden of TB among the migrant populations of the GMS sub-Region. The one of the main barriers in eliminating TB is related to stigma and discrimination associated with the disease, and also with migrants. The objectives of the stigma and discrimination communication campaign is to address stigma and discrimination against migrants with TB in the GMS region, with a focus on healthcare facilities, employers, workplaces, migrant communities and self-stigma.
