Tender are invited for EHealth Services
Project Description : Alberta Health is soliciting proposals from qualified Proponents with proven and forward-looking resources and technology solutions to support the Province in delivering and supporting the existing set of Services and new eHealth Services in the future. Proponent will be expected to:1. Transition all existing services, technical solutions, and functions to the successful Contractor, with no disruption in service delivery to the Users of the Services.2. Continue services provided under the current eHSS for multiple program areas described in the Services section of the RFP.3. Demonstrate continuous quality improvement for Services, as evidenced by improved throughput, lower cost, customer satisfaction ratings or other innovations provided by the successful Contractor.4. Provide professional services resources/subject matter experts, as required. The ability to add key resources to teams in a timely and efficient manner is critical to the success of Alberta Health initiatives.5. Provide capacity to establish and maintain support, whether technical or business, for solutions not currently supported by the eHealth Services team that are anticipated or may arise in future, e.g., support for expanded Netcare operations and/or Public Health ecosystem modernization initiatives.
