Subject of purchase: Electric energy, free prices, UES, without restrictions on the validity period, without distribution. Supply of electric energy from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 (inclusive), around the clock. Distribution system operator Private joint-stock company "Enterprise for operation of electric networks "Centerflax energy company". The price of electricity must include the tariff of the transmission system operator (TSO) for the transmission of electricity. The accounting period is a calendar month. Procurement is carried out in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 "Aboutof the features of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" for the period of validity of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the day of its termination or cancellation. Terms of payment: The consumer is obliged paymentthe cost of supplied (consumed) electric energy, based on the Act and the payment invoice issued by the Supplier, within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) working days from the moment of signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of electric energy, but in any case no later than 20 ( twenty) calendar daysdays after the end of the settlement period.
