Fingrid Oyj (hereinafter the Procurement Entity or the Customer) is building a new backup power plant in the Huutokoski (Joroinen) backup power plant area, where the purpose is to move the 26MW gas turbine units stored in Vaskiluoto and the two in use in Tahkoluoto.electrical contract. Including e.g. automation and field instrumentation, the demolition work of the electrification of the Tahkoluoto gas turbine units and the electrification of mobile units.Act on right-of-use contracts (1398/2016, "Special Industries Procurement Act"). The procurement procedure is carried out as a negotiation procedure in accordance with Section 38 of the Procurement Act for Special Sectors. The procurement procedure is described in more detail in the annex to the procurement notice.

The estimated contract period is May 2024 July 2025.
