Procurement Plan for Electrical Installation for Construction of Public Housing Development at Tung Chung Area 23, Phase 1
One 19 storey domestic block (total 475 flats), carpark, estate management office and refuse collection point.
Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project.
'Building Information Modelling' is to be adopted for the project.

Contractors who require further information and / or are interested in submitting a tender are required to
notify the Senior Manager/Procurement 4 of the Housing Department in writing in English or Chinese
Only eligible contractors in the relevant List(s) / Group(s) above will be considered for invitation to tender
in accordance with the 'Guide to Registration of Works Contractors and Property Management Services
Providers- (the ‘Guide-) and based on their proven capability and performance.
