-Exchange of 322 luminaires with energy-efficient LED lights with a color temperature of 3000K according to DIN EN 12464-1.
- Dismantling and professional disposal of the existing lighting (approx. 322 pieces).
-Installation of HF lights with motion sensors in toilet areas and of stair lighting switches in corridors (approx. 20 pieces).
-Adaptation of existing button circuits to energy-efficient control proceeds. (approx. 8 pieces)
