Tender Details

The project concerns the construction of a three -storey office building/laboratories with the recipient of The Cyprus Institute. The project is manufactured for the needs of the Emme-Care program in Athalassa. The site of the building is located within the former ATI (state land) in Athalasa-Aglantzia (Konstantinou Cavafy 20, 2121) in a place given to the Cyprus Institute by the Council of Ministers. (Terrible 24, section7, Φ/F/Fig 21/63w2). The building will consist of ground floor, 1st, 2nd and some spaces on the 3rd floor and has an underground parking space. The appointed subcontractor of electrical installations will supply all materials, labor, machinery, tools, services, temporary constructions, etc. For execution, testing, delivery and maintenance for 12 months from the provisional receipt of the EMME Care Emme Care building.
