Tenders are invited for Electronic Assessment Instrument Design and Drafting of Electronic Assessment Guidelines

Through the support provided by the GIZ ProTVET III project, an e-Leaming strategy
was drafted to provide guidance to the NTA and various training providers on how to
deliver learning using the implemented Moodle-based electronic learning platform. The
strategy also provides guidance on how to bring about a balanced use of technology in
the TVET ecosystem. The strategy covers the three legs of e-Learning delivery including
infrastructure, human resource needs and strategic alignment. This consultancy will
complement the work done in e-Leafo)ng integration by:
• Developing a comprehensive training plan on outcomes-based electronic
assessment;
• Providing training to selected staff from the NTA assessment and certification
division on electronic outcome-based assessments;
• Developing detailed guidelines for the implementation of electronic assessments at
the NTA's assessment and certification division;
• Supporting the NTA assessment and certification division to pilot the implementation
of the new e-assessment guidelines at selected public and private training providers;
and
• Developing comprehensive standard operating procedures for electronic
assessments.
