The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Supply, configuration, implementation, testing and commissioning, training and ongoing professional services of an Electronic Health Information Auditing Software Solution (the “Solution”) to ensure compliance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004. The Region is seeking a hybrid commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
Cloud Security Assessment QuestionnaireProponents must submit a fully completed Cloud Security Assessment Questionnaire (“CSAQ”), with their proposal. A proponent-s CSAQ submission which fails to meet the minimum thresholds shall be rejected as non‐compliant and will not be considered further.Mandatory System RequirementsProposals that do not comply with all Mandatory System Requirements outlined in Step 2, Mandatory System Requirements in the Bidding Website, will be rejected as non-compliant for failure to meet a Mandatory Technical Requirement.For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.
