A combined delivery and service contract is required. Essential required delivery items are: - Tablets for mobile data acquisition and the associated software (TEF) - A comprehensive evaluation module (AWM), - Connection to the accounting software UniPro (including reading-inpossibility of the health card in the TEF) - Connection to the IGNISplus operations control software, - Comprehensive training of existing and new employees over the contract period - Maintenance of the entire system (including replacement of defective or lost tablets) - 24/7 hotlinefor maintenance and support - Delivery and training of updates - Development of all data protection-related concepts and fulfillment of all data protection requirements when handling patient data, as well as legally compliant digital archiving for at least 30 years - Connection to the existing devices in the Rettungsdienst Koeln, which have a digital interface (e.g. C3-Corpuls, Meduvent Weinmann, Medumat-Transport) - Provision of data for material management - Possibility of digital checklists - Solution for the digital transfer of recorded patient data to further treatmentthe facilities or the control of printers available there. - Connection to fee billing systems As additional special features, the service requirements also include the connection to a telemedical system for the transmission of the recorded data to the teleemergency doctor...
