Electronic cards- 04 Control card units for electric bed.- Observation: Bed-DRV 7311 control card, compatible with electric bed, brand: Hill Rom 405, Model: P1440B. Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for the tenor of article 72, second paragraphsand third, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, inRelationship with the total amount of the balance of the contract. The specifications and the contract for the construction and supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog. Observations: TheQuotation must be sent to this IHSS Office of Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise it will not be considered in theprocess.
