1. The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) through the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 10, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Dual X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA) System for Bone Mineral Density Determination with associated Civil and Electrical Works under ITB No. 2024-297. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
