Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR: COLONY COUNTER MACHINE FOR THE CAGS OF GUIMARAS STATE UNIVERSITY
1. The Guimaras State University, through the GAA Fund (Fund 101) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Ten Pesos (Php 130, 210.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Colony Counter Machine for the CAGS of Guimaras State University with the Solicitation Number: 25-03-0047. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Guimaras State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is Forty (40) working days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
