The Onsite Training Purchases Team at the NASA Shared Services Center is requesting information from vendors for the following business opportunity:
Statement of Work
This training is designed to equip managers with essential skills and tools to effectively handle interpersonal conflicts within their teams, ultimately fostering a more collaborative and productive work environment. In the modern workplace, conflicts can arise from diverse communication styles, cultural differences, and competing interests. Managers play a crucial role in mitigating these conflicts and maintaining team harmony. This training program aims to enhance managers' conflict resolution capabilities, enabling them to address disputes proactively and constructively.
This statement of work outlines the expectations and deliverables to ensure that participants receive a balanced, informative, and introspective experience that enhances their decision-making.
NASA-s Glenn Research Center (Glenn) in Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive instructor-led-training for supervisors and managers.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this training program are to:
Enhance understanding of conflict dynamics within teams. Equip managers with effective conflict resolution strategies and techniques. Improve communication and negotiation skills among participants. Foster a culture of collaboration and positive problem-solving in the workplace.Scope of Work
Session will include interactive discussions, group activities, and role-playing exercises. Interactive and experiential learning approach, including scenarios, case studies, and group discussions.
The 8-hour course will be delivered in-person at Glenn for no more than 25 learners.
