Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of the general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of works of the same nature and complexity of Tk. 03.00 (Three point zero) Lacs in a single contract in the Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 (Five) years.(3)The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 05(Five) years of Tk. 08.00 (Eight point zero) Lacs. Payment Certificates must be submitted as Turnover.(4) The tenders' minimum amount of Liquid assets, working capital, or credit line shall be Tk. 03.00 (Three point zero) Lacs. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of the Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose without any alteration.(5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 04.00 (Four point zero) Lacs.(6) Tender's having quoted the tender price more than 10.00 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.(7) The tender must possess: (1) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate & Up-to-date TIN certificate; (2) Valid VAT registration certificate; (3) Up-to-date trade license; (4) Authorization in an affidavit(8) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document.
