Description : ** This is not a call for competition** REQUIREMENT The Pensions Regulator are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering employee engagement services and to attend a pre-market engagement event in December 2023 (date/time TBC) held via Microsoft Teams. We are looking for: 1) A consulting partner with; -Employee engagement specific consultancy services available to advise us on building a tailored employee engagement strategy, with effective action planning -Employee engagement survey expertise alongside alternative approaches -Employee listening and employee experience expertise 2) A software platform/tool that provides and supports; -Employee surveys -A variety of other methods for eliciting feedback, aside from surveys -Opportunities and channels for two-way dialogue -Analysis and reporting (in real time) Our preference would be a supplier that could deliver on both requirements. However, we are pragmatic about the technicality of our ask so we will consider working with organisations who can deliver in partnership e.g. a consultancy who regularly partner with a software provider.
