Detailed_Description : THIS ADVERTISEMENT IS A PRE-NOTICE FOR AN UPCOMING OPPORTUNITY. THERE ARE NO TENDER DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE YET. SUPPLY ONTARIO ExPECTS TO POST THE OPPORTUNITY IN JULY 2024. The objective of this RFB is to establish an OPS-wide VOR arrangement for Employee Relocation Services (ERS) for a period of four (4) years.The Government of Ontario requires a Bidder with real estate, relocation and property management expertise to provide a province-wide relocation service for OPS employees. The relocation services offered by the Bidder are to include but are not limited to: counselling to employees, Appraisal, listing and sale of principal residence, Rental Services, Move Services and comparable value assistance. The Bidder will also manage, maintain and sell Properties acquired through Take-over.The Bidder will manage the sub-contracted core services to be provided by other Sub-contractors (Appraisers, real estate brokers, property managers and maintenance/repair Sub-contractors, rental agents, and movers), and will coordinate and monitor service delivery of Sub-contracted contractors, settle issues/disputes with Sub-contracted contractors, manage expenses and pay invoices directly to the Sub-contractors of such services.The Bidder will be required to provide relocation services across the entire Province of Ontario, including remote and rural locations.
Scope of Work : The Employee Relocation Program has been in place since the 1970-s to assist qualified Ontario Public Service (OPS) employees who, due to the nature of their work may be required to relocate during their employment. The program is designed to assist employees with all aspects of relocation. Participation in the Employee Relocation program is not mandatory. Relocating employees have the option to utilize the program in part or in full.The program is based on entitlements stipulated in various collective agreements and the Management Board of Cabinet-s Relocation Expenses Directive.There are four primary service categories of the Employee Relocation Program. Bidders will be required to provide service in all four categories.1.Home Sale Services2.Move Services3.Rental Services4.Comparative Value Assistance
