Tenders are invited for Endline Survey for the Mali's Resilience Programme Impact Evaluation
Scope of Work
DIME is seeking to commission an endline survey for the impact evaluation of the WFP resilience program in Mali which provide evidence for similar programs across the world and development community. The objective of this consultancy is to prepare and undertake an endline data collection survey (through electronic data collection in SurveyCTO) and deliver high-quality and comprehensive datasets to the DIME research team. The research team will be responsible for conducting the analysis and produce the survey reports.
The endline will involve collecting comprehensive household survey data in an estimated 4840 households across 91 villages, throughout the following four regions: Gao, Tombouctou, Mopti and Koulikoro. The firm will be expected to work in close coordination with the research team at DIME.
The endline data collection will involve the following set of field activities amongst others:
Obtain all ethical clearances, permissions or authorizations required to complete the endline survey.
Develop COVID-19 mitigation guidelines.
Outreach strategy with communities to introduce the endline activity and its objectives.
Visiting 4840 households across 91 villages, and survey approximately 60 households per village, using the questionnaires prepared by the research team.
The research team will provide the following:
The French paper version of the questionnaire(s) for both the endline
The SurveyCTO-programmed versions of the questionnaires(s)
A secure online server for the firm to automatically upload data from SurveyCTO
List of the 91 villages of interest
