Description : The City of New Westminster is seeking to qualify up to five (5) consultants or firms to provide energy advisor services and to create a shortlist of qualified suppliers the City's Energy Save New West program. Energy Save New West (ESNW) is one of the longest-running and most comprehensive community energy programs in Canada. Our Existing Homes and High Performance New Home program are designed to support homeowners, builders, and architect/designers with achieving energy efficient homes in New Westminster. As part of the program, we provide access to Energy Advisor services for energy assessments, energy modelling, evaluation of plans recommending performance upgrades, blower door testing, EnerGuide Rating/home energy labelling, and compliance / verification reporting (i.e. BC Energy Compliance Reports).
