Energetic modernization of the University of Pecs Cardiology Clinic building

PTE Cardiac Clinic energetic modernization

The subject public procurement procedure is aimed at the energetic modernization of the University of Pecs Cardiology Clinic building, the task description and requirements detailed belowby neck.

The purpose of the planned renovation is to improve the energy quality of the building.

The investment does not require a permit.

I. Demolition works:

Demolition of the existing stone cladding on the facade, as well as re-insulating the building envelope and replacing the glazing of the facade doors and windows (required for building(including demolition works covering the fields of forestry, building electricity, weak current). Architectural and building mechanical, building electrical demolition works related to the planned mechanical modernization in the basement.

II. Construction works:

•Preparation of a new facade thermal insulation system with stone claddingl. (Total gross surface area of the building facade affected by technical interventions:

4900 m2)

•Replacement of window panes in certain facade windows and curtain walls (Surface of glass to be replaced: 2194 m2)

•Repainting the surface of existing facade steel structures

•On the western facaderenovation of annual shading structures

•Installation of new blinds and textile shading

•False ceiling design

•Establishment of electric power supply for motorized shading
