COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested and competent bidders are requested to collect bid documents from the address below, upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand naira only (N10, 000) into the Federal College of Land Resources Technology, Owerri-s Remita account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria;
5. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Provost CEO, Federal College of Land Resources Technology, Owerri. The envelope should be clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Board Room of the College not later than 12:00 noon Tuesday, 19 March, 2024.
6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission not later than 12:00 noon Tuesday, 19 March, 2024, in the Board Room of the College at Oforola/Obosima, Owerri in the presence of bidders or their representatives while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Procurement Officer Room 10, Ground Floor, Oforola/Obosima, Owerri as the Federal College of Land Resources Technology, Owerri will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
