Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP150, 000.00),
inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Contractor for
Media Monitoring Services "Project”. The services shall be rendered at PNOC EC, Buildings 1
and 2, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City within One (1) year after receipt of Notice to
Proceed and Acceptance Letter.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Scope of Work for complete details.
Proposals including conformed Scope of Work and Financial Bid Proposal may be emailed to ebids@pnoc-ec.com.ph / alvasquez@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or
before February 12, 2025, not later than 4:00 PM. Late submission shall not be accepted.
