The legal consultancy firm shall provide the following services:
A. Federal Tax Services
• Provide detailed legal opinions, risk assessments to identify areas of legal or regulatory non-compliance and
expert advice on corporate governance matters, data privacy, compliance findings ensuring alignment with best
practices and regulatory requirements in Nigeria.
• Represent the organization in Litigations, conduct a comprehensive assessment of risk to MSI Nigeria-s
operations, based on its current structure, commercial and non-commercial activities and support in developing
and implementing compliance frameworks etc
