Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2024 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Million Philippine Pesos Only (Php330, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Engagement of the Onshore Drilling Rig for SC 37 Chico-1 Exploration Drilling and Mangosteen-1 Well Workover Projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Project Duration/Delivery Period is One Hundred Ninety-Eight (198) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
