Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2024 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Thirty Million Philippine Pesos Only (Php330, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, for the Engagement of the Onshore Drilling Rig for SC 37 Chico-1 Exploration Drilling and Mangosteen-1 Well Workover Projects (the “Project”). The delivery period shall be One Hundred Ninety (190) calendar days, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project, with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
Current and valid PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) including the conformed Terms of Reference, and Financial Bid Proposal (Annex D) shall be submitted via email to cgguevarra@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph, e-bids@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before July 10, 2024, not later than 3:00 P.M.
