Expression of Interest are invited for Engagement of Property and Real Estate Management Firm
The minimum criteria for short-listing of the Firm shall entail:
• The Firm must be a registered company with CAC.
• 2 years- experience in the field of rental collections and property management/maintenance;
• Appropriate Property Management Software;
• Demonstrated experience and qualifications of the Firm-s personnel that will be assigned to provide real estate management services as related to the scope of the assignment.
• A minimum of three (3) reference letters from traceable estate must be submitted.
• The References must be for similar assignments and in the last (2) years; one (1) of the three (3) clients shall be a current contract.
