The following public procurement is included in the subject of this public procurement individually the following activities are included:
Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project: development of an investment project in the phase "Technical Project" in compliance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21. 05. 2001 on the scope and content ofinvestment projects;
Activity 2-Implementation of construction works on the construction of the site: Implementation of construction and assembly works under the approved investment project;
activity 3-Exercise of copyright supervision during construction: according to Art.The territory. "Introduction of energy efficiency measures in a multi -family residential building with address: Varna, " Troshevo ", bl.The scope and content of investment projects: design will be done single -phase, given that the object is not stacked in functional, technological and/or installation terms.
