Description
The U.S. Army-s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a competitive Request for Prototype Proposals (RFPPs) with the intent of awarding one (1) or more Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (OTAP) in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI) are eligible to submit a proposal.

Update as of 20 March 2025, the Government projects questions and answers will be posted by 26 March 2025. As a result, the proposal deadline is hereby extended from 26 March 2025 to 9 April 2025.
