Enhanced Data Collection Prototype

Solicitation Type : RFP - Request for Proposal (Formal)

Solicitation Number : FSRA2021-32-1

Location : Canada, Ontario

Description : The purpose of the Enhanced Data Collection Prototype RFP is to identify a solution (advanced tool and services) that will facilitate the collection of source data (instrument level data such as loans, deposits, mortgages, and investments) used in regulatory processes. The solution will significantly reduce manual effort and error rates during the preparation, submission, review, and acceptance of Credit Unions- periodic filings. The solution will have ability to extract and validate the data from a variety of source systems and data repositories such as databases, as well as from unstructured data found in Spreadsheets, MS Microsoft® Word, PDF, and Microsoft® PowerPoint documents directly from the Credit Unions. This will include providing controlled templates to assist the Credit Unions and FSRA with error-free transmissions. This RFP will require you to submit your concept and qualifications to be selected (up to 5 proponents) for a paid Initial Prototype. Pricing will be required after the Initial Prototype to enable selection (2 to 3 proponents) for a paid Final Prototype.
