RE-INVITATION TO BID FOR
“ENHANCED TAx REVENUE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION SYSTEM SOFTWARE ”
1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS & 00/100 (P 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-071. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Enhanced Tax Revenue Assessment and Collection System Software. Delivery of the goods is required within 30 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
