The subject of the public procurement is the comprehensive provision of international transport of diplomatic consignments for the public contracting authority to and from abroad. Shipments will be transported by road, air, ship, or by combined transport by means of "door to door", including customs dutynegotiation of shipments and when transporting personal property, ensuring its loading and unloading from the employee's apartment to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the employee's apartment, or another destination, such as warehouse. Public procurement also includes related services, processing of complete documentation for customs equipmente transport, including forwarding equipment (e.g. JCD, CMR, etc.), if the conditions of transport in the country of the recipient of the shipment require it.
