This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (the “AGLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a suite of software tools for Enterprise Architecture (EA) planning as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). As part of the AGLC-s IT digital strategies, the AGLC is seeking a Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) suite of software tools for enterprise architecture to enable efficient EA planning and strategies development and deliver measurable benefits for its stakeholders. The AGLC is seeking a complete end-to-end solution to increase efficiency, improve cross divisional planning and develop reusable architecture designs and artifacts. This is the AGLC-s first Enterprise Architecture Tools (EA Tools) implementation. Currently this functionality is managed through a large assortment of tools, applications, and processes that will be replaced with the new unified EA toolbox.This contract will focus on the implementation of a suite of EA Tools solution, and prospective proponents should choose the most appropriate platform developed by a single manufacturer to fulfill the requirements of this RFP to complete their proposal.
