The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: The supply of one (1) full-time resource to act as the Enterprise Business Architect for an initial period of twelve (12) months, with an irrevocable option to extend for an additional two (2) periods of six (6) months each, to execute against developing and maintaining the business architecture framework, aligning it with Enterprise Architecture Office (EAO) and the WCB's goals and strategies.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires the Contractor to supply the Enterprise Business Architect on a full-time basis [thirty-six and a quarter (36.25) hours per week] to provide their leadership, expertise, and support to the WCB's EOA and priority the WCB's strategic initiatives.The Enterprise Business Architect will be responsible for assessing and improving WCB business processes that includes, but is not limited to:a) Develop and maintain the business architecture framework, aligning it with Enterprise Architecture Office (EAO) and WCB's goals and strategies;b) Collaborate with stakeholders to define business capabilities, processes, and value streams to support transformation initiatives aligned with WCB IT objectives;c) Assess and improve business processes, and alignment between EAO, and other groups within IT or business units to drive efficiency and agility;d) Provide strategic guidance on business models, and investment priorities for the WCB's IT; ande) Work closely with ...
