Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php4, 618, 560.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the ABC to payments under the contract for Enterprise Cloud Based Productivity Solution (ECBPS) and ECBPS Backup Solution Subscription Renewal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The supply, delivery, and configuration of Enterprise Cloud Based Productivity Solution (ECBPS) and ECBPS Backup Solution licenses are required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
