The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking a contractor to provide access to a cloud-based enterprise notification system to be utilized by the Region-s Community Health Services departmental staff. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Cloud Security Assessment Questionnaire (CSAQ): If a proponent fails to submit a fully completed CSAQ, the proposal shall be rejected as non-compliant. Proponents with a score of less than 60% for Section A or less than 60% for the entire CSAQ will not be considered for further evaluation.Mandatory Solution Requirements: Proponents must comply with all Mandatory Solution requirements outlined in Step 2, Table 1 - Mandatory Solution Requirements in the Bidding Website.
