Short Description of the Procurement: The employee is responsible for conducting the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of Enefit Power AS Eesti Power Plant (JKK4400041) in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System Act (KEHJS). The EIA is 20 months at the time of the planned conduct of the EIA if KEA makes a decision to declare the EIA report. A more detailed schedule is added to the technical description. If any step of the activity cannot be terminated due to third parties, the Contractor will make every effort to move on to the process to achieve the ultimate goal.
