Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech) aims to drive innovation and support the direction of the Manitoba government to regain Manitoba-s global leadership position in clean, affordable energy by addressing future skills and training needs, fostering opportunities for Indigenous partnership and participation, supporting industry through applied research and capacity building, and accelerating the adoption of clean technologies. To effectively position RRC Polytech as a leading post-secondary resource in in Manitoba-s energy transition, there is a need to define RRC Polytech-s role, mandate, and distinct areas of focus, identify strategic priorities and opportunities for investment, quantify assets and organizational resources, and leverage strengths in applied learning, applied research, industry partnerships, and indigenous engagement.
