The University of Calgary intends to purchase C.T.L. Analyzer's Immunospot S6 Universal M2 analyzer with ImmunoSpot software (for single/dual color enzymatic ELISpot). The lab requires a system that can analyze up to 5 different isotypes by ELISpot in one sample (material from mouse pups and accordingly limited), able to functionally characterize limited material from neonates in a multidimensional approach. To the lab-s knowledge, this is the only ELISPOT reader on the market today proven to capture and analyze dual-color enzymatic ELISPOT with all the technical capabilities required for research and has a small footprint, 28.8” x 22” x 22”, which is the maximum size that will fit in the lab.
