The services included under this project are, but not limited to: (i) lead the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) activities operating under the guidance of the Ministry of Finance through the PAE Program Coordinator who will oversee overall project implementation of the project; (ii) manage the resources assigned to the PIU and supervise staff of the PIU, (iii) lead and coordinate the preparation of work plans, budget, procurement plans and other schedules, (iv) coordinate and lead the communication with stakeholders, (v) oversee the project activities (works, supply of goods, consultancy services), (vi) lead the preparation of the various project reporting requirements and monitoring and evaluation activities.
