The services required will specifically include (i) identifying the current state of the tourism industry in the Seychelles (structure, destinations, competitor markets, trends, etc.); (ii) examining the factors that contribute to the growth of the tourism industry; (iii) analyzing the economic benefits of tourism, including its contribution to GDP, job creation, tax revenue and foreign exchange earnings; (iv) identifying the challenges facing the tourism industry and recommend strategies to address them and (v) making policy recommendations for the sustainable development of the tourism sector and its optimal contribution to the economy (revenue, FX earnings, growth, employment, etc.)
