The services being sought in this procurement comprise of an Individual Consultant to assess the level of compliance of the project with the applicable E&S requirements. The Audit will focus specifically on assessing the degree of compliance with the provisions of the financing agreement, including national laws, regulations and procedures, the Bank-s environmental and social requirements, and good international industrial practices (BPII) of the project area. The Audit will identify non-compliance, good practices and gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Specifically., this will be:Assess the level of progress in implementing the ESMP and the project-s RAP.Assess the degree of compliance with the provisions of the financing agreementincluding national legislation, regulations and procedures, the Bank-s environmental and social requirements.Identifying the cases of non-compliance, good practice and shortcomings in the implementation of the mitigation measures and the monitoring and environmental and social monitoring system.Propose a corrective action plan in the response to non-conformities and possibly unforeseen impacts and risks which applies during the implementation, with a...
